Pain is weakness leaving your body

For mothers day J signed me up to work with a personal trainer. I have been wanting to do this for a long time and it finally has worked out for me.

My first session was Tuesday, we worked legs. Although I run 3-4 times a week I don’t work out my legs Like Leana did on Tuesday. I could hardly get myself out of bed this morning and I had to pull myself up the stairs to wake the kids for school. I have more pain today than yesterday. Today we worked the back and arms. A much easier work out. I contribute that to the fact that I pick my 3 kids up a lot. I have been stretching like crazy trying to loosen up my leg muscles.

I am so very excited about all of this pain because I will look and feel much better in a few weeks. I know the day is coming that all the work I did this week will be easy for me soon and that is just thrilling.
