Is it carbs, fat or calories??

After trying to lose weight for 10 weeks and going now where I thought I would track all I put in my body. I do mentally and have given up a lot of “bad foods”. (Sweets, soda, a lot of carbs, desserts etc…) I have made sure to eat fresh fruits and veggies, lots of protein and to eat small meals and no eating after 7 PM. But after all that and all my cardio and weight training the scale has not moved one ounce.

So today I listed all my foods, measured and counted all the calories, carbs and fat. At the end of fresh and healthy day here are my numbers.

967 Calories, 51.1 grams of fat and 106.7 grams of carbs.

All from coffee, yogurt, banana, apple, bacon, cottage cheese, salad, burger (no bun, no condiments) and green beans

BUT, which one is more important? so many opinions and fad diets and way too much info who really knows what is best??

you know b…it could be that your body isn’t getting ENOUGH so it’s storing whatever you put in it instead of burning it for energy. kinda like it’s going into hibernation mode in a way…

My husband always dittos what Meg says. I have to disagree, though. Maybe, if you’re anorexic, your body goes into hibernation mode for survival, but if you’re feeding it something, and you’ve got fat to burn, then it ought to just burn! Besides, I look at my sweetie’s belly, and I’m not taking diet tips from him – even though I love his belly! I just believe that it works like this – you burn more calories than you take in. The end. Of course, my diet tips probably aren’t the best either since I’ve been going for 8 pounds for as long as I can remember, and they’re still sitting in my butt!
