Why sitting around is so hard….

well day 3 after surgery and I feel pretty good. Not having to take much pain meds yesterday or today so far, but this sitting around thing is getting old. I know I need to and I know if I don’t recovery goes backwards but it is a hard thing to do because….

1. TV sucks.

2. I can only read so much at a time, I am not one to read an entire book in one sitting.

3. My butt hurts

4. Sleeping is uncom.fortable, I cannot sleep on my side ot stomach right now.

5. I can think of 100 million other things to do.

6. I am not a good sitter.

7. I have realized how bad we really need new couches.

8. Feel bad eating when all I do is sit. Where is the calorie burning?

9. I am still waiting on my laptop…A RED one. Time crawls when you are just sitting nad waiting.

10. Getting up and down is slow.

But no worries, I am not over doing it. I am not doing anything really. I clean a counter today and that is about it….
