so this is me mourning having corn issues vs the cornalations (revelations) as I learn,

Today I want a big, icy cold coke. I don’t have mexican coke to satisfy that craving. I am afraid if I get one and drink it I would continue to drink it. Last night I went out with some of the girls and we went to Bucca Di Beppo. I can eat some dishes there but no pasta. I cannot have the bread. I just ate chicken and tomatoes with mozzarella. It was good but I wanted my fav pasta dish and some bruschetta.

Right now I am eating my plain cheeseburger. No bun. No condiments.

It has been 3 weeks without any corn product. I enjoy all I eat and am learning how not so spend all day in the kitchen for some meals. But today has been the first day that I have a craving for something I cannot have. In a lil over a month I will be traveling and that will bring some challenges. I only know of 2 chains I can eat at and I have not looked to see of they exist where I am going.
