Happy November

Where has 2011 gone? I am sure I say that every year. I think as a kids time stands still and crawls very slowly. As an adult it feels like I stand at New Years and blink ro find 4th of July is here and then again it is Halloween.

I hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween. The kids had fun trick or treating with friends. They loved their costumes. Thanks to AUnt Deb and Uncle Doug, they were a hit and all were just gorgeous in them. They all got home from school and put them on this afternoon!

Life has been busy…between school, company coming, time with friends and my little jobs and book writing it keeps us all going at a steady pace.

Currently I am in the midst of planning a corn free Thanksgiving, christmas shopping and planning our annual dinner party. Our guest list for the party this year is almost all new. It was about time for a change with some. We so look forward to that party every year….we have fun planning it and setting up and even cleaning up. Nothing like a home filled with great friends.

Sorry I have not been keeping up with the blog on a regular basis but the everyday hum drum of life is not always interesting to write about.

Here is what our Halloween looked like!

Saturday night J, Josh, Mercie and I went to our neighbors house for their annual costume bash, Mercie went as her all time favorite character! The rest of us did Star Wars! I opted to leave the Leia wig at home. Just too hot and well not real pretty on….the kids were bummed but maybe next time I will do my own hair in buns.

Halloween Night!!!
