Relief and chaos all at the same time.

I have finished the bulk typing for my book. YAY! That was hanging over me heavily.

Now it is full swing into all the prep needed to have 19 people at the house for Thanksgiving.

The kids have been off all week and it has been great to not have a schedule. I love that they play so well together and the creativity they have. Tonight Hannah is staying at a friend’s house and so Taylor has been a great big sister. She is having a camp out with Josh and Mercie in her room. Josh and Mercie feel SO special. They were so excited. They are all sleeping on the floor watching a movie.

Here is what they did yesterday. We had no more band-aids and Hannah had a small cut on her foot….

LOVE IT! Later they made slings….I signed all their casts!

I have enjoyed playing Scrabble with the girls, doing some cooking with them and just listening to them play. We are looking forward to cousins coming tomorrow and celebrating with good friends on Thursday and then picking out a tree and decorating the house.

Hope you and yours have a wonderful, thankful, fun, friend and family filled Thanksgiving.
